Make as many copies of the Sign-Up Sheet as needed.
Use this Sign-Up Sheet in place of a "guest book" or "guest sign-in sheets". You may keep copies for your records.
Encourage visitors to sign up, but also let them know they only need to sign up at one Tour location.
Encourage visitors to indicate if they live outside the Quad-City area. This information is critical for receiving grant funding which we use for advertising and publicity.
Please bring the completed Sign-Up Sheets to the Post-Tour Potluck Party on October 8, 2022 or mail them to Lynn Schmitt, Prescott Studio Tour, 697 6th Street, Suite 105, Prescott AZ 86301.
We use these Sign-Up Sheets to add to and update both our mailing list and our email list. If everyone uses the same Sign-up Sheet, it makes it much easier to accurately enter the information in our database. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Raffle Sign The Raffle Sign lists the prices of tickets and explains where proceeds will be used. Display it next to the item you are raffling.
We encourage all Tour artists to donate and raffle a piece of your art. Studio Tour visitors love the possibility of winning a unique piece of art. The money they spend on raffle tickets helps to fund next year’s Tour and art programs for children in the Quad-City area.
2022 Important Dates There are lots of activities leading up to the Studio Tour from artist responsibility/volunteer events to the pre-tour reception. This is a handy list of dates you need to reserve for Studio Tour activities. Be sure to mark your calendar.

COVID-19 Guidelines for Tour Artists Recommended practices for keeping artists and visitors to their studios safe and prevent the spread of COVID-19
2022 Tour Application Deadline has passed. It was April 8, 2022
The Studio Tour is open to all artists in the Quad-City area: Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Paulden, Dewey-Humboldt, Mayer and surrounding communities.
If juried into the Tour, artists may choose to be in their own studio, be a host studio for other juried artists, or be included in another host studio. If you need a studio for the Tour, the Tour Committee will help you find one.
Tour Studios with more than one artist receive substantially more visitors than studios with only one artist. Therefore, we encourage artists to band together whenever possible.
If you are interested in participating in next year's Tour, please email us so we can add you to our "Call for Artists" email list. Then in February, you'll automatically get an application.
2022 Art Supporter Information
Final Deadline for inclusion in the 2022 brochure was July 8, 2022 By purchasing a listing or ad, Art Supporters provide necessary funds to ensure the Tour has an ample publicity budget to draw visitors. We strongly encourage each artist to get at least one Art Supporter from among the businesses they routinely use as well as friends and family. In past years, several artists have purchased a personal listing or ad.
Print both the letter and form and take with you as you talk to potential Art Supporters. It is also helpful to have a copy of last year’s brochure to show potential Art Supporters how ads and listings appear. Copies of last year’s brochures are available in a plastic bin outside the door of Suite 105 at 697 6th Street, Prescott.
