Demo: tour of working jewelry studio Drawing from my love of the western lifestyle, I handcraft one-of-a-kind and limited-edition heirloom jewelry from sterling silver, copper and recycled leather creating unique wearable art. Nature, animals and the stones themselves inspire my collection of pendants, earrings and bracelets. |
What Inspires Me: Nature, animals and the stones themselves inspire my collection.
What Influences My Art: My graphic design background definitely has influenced my jewelry design direction and my fascination with patterns and positive and negative space expresses itself in my creations.
How I Recycle/Upcycle: I use recycled western leather belts that I find in secondhand stores and incorporate them into my cuffs, earrings and necklaces. I also melt down my silver scrap and reuse it.
