About the Tour

October 2, 3 & 4, 2026
The Tour is a celebration of the arts and the artists in the Prescott Quad-City area. It is a free, 3-day event which allows you to visit private artists’ studios, see the artists in action, learn how they create their art and purchase unique art for yourself or as gifts.

In 2025, there were 77 juried artists at 54 private studios as well as additional artists at the 4 art centers. The Tour gives you the opportunity to meet these extraordinary artists, enjoy their private studios and view their creative processes in a variety of mediums.

Most artists, either at private studios or in Art Centers, demonstrate their craft – a fabulous way for you to learn about how the work is created, the materials used and the time it takes. You also have the opportunity to purchase a wide range of artwork directly from the artist for yourself or as gifts.

In addition, most artists on the Tour raffled one of their works of art. Proceeds from raffle ticket sales are used to fund art programs for children in the Quad-City area as well as next year’s Tour. The winning tickets are drawn on the last day of the Tour.

In 2025, Tour goers bought more raffle tickets than in any year in our 18-year history. Because of their generosity, we were able to donate $1,000 to each of the following:
  • The Launch Pad Art Club
  • The Mountain Artists Guild Youth Art Programs
  • The Phippen Museum Youth Outreach Program
  • The ‘Tis STEPS Art Program for Children
