The Studio Tour is open to all artists with studios in the Quad-City area: Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Paulden, Dewey-Humboldt, Mayer and surrounding communities.

• Early-Bird Application deadline is March 11. Save $50.
• Final Application deadline is April 5.
• Notice of acceptance/rejection will be emailed by April 17.
• If you are not accepted, all fees except the Application Processing Fee will be refunded.
  

To apply for the 2024 Prescott Area Artist Studio Tour:

• Fill in the application form below - all applications must be completed online.
• Attach your images. Requirements are given in the application.
• Enter your credit or debit card information. Handled securely by Square.
• Press the Submit button. 
• You will receive a confirmation email after your application is submitted. It will include your completed application which you may print for your records.  

If you need to pause while completing the application:

• Scroll to the bottom of the application form.
• Click on the SAVE button and you'll receive an email from JotForm with a link to your saved application.
• To resume work on your application, click on the link in the email you received from JotForm.
