I have made drawings and paintings since childhood. My artistic focus is to create an invitation to a moment of renewal and celebration of nature. I use animated brushwork and the energy giving power of color to recall the pure and magical perceptions we experienced as kids.
What Inspires Me: shapes and textures in nature, dramatic color, artist's work I admire
What Influences My Art: childhood impressions, power of nature, abstract expressionism
How I Recycle/Upcycle: I do not use recycled materials, but I use an evaporation pan to dispose of used acrylic water.
